🎯 Main Responsibilities as a Tutor:
- Assessing students to determine their specific physical abilities and learning needs
- Developing lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to various physical abilities and ages. This includes teaching fundamental physical skills, sportsmanship, and rules of various sports and physical activities such as Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Badminton, and Track & Field
- Develop in each student an understanding of the relationship between good body function and exercise
- Motivate students to cultivate physical fitness, hygienic habits, and good social and emotional adjustment
- Deliver engaging instructions and activities to students using diverse teaching methods aimed to accommodate different learning styles and physical abilities
- Organize sports activities. This often involves coaching students, coordinating practices, and facilitating competitions
- Fosters a safe, encouraging, and nurturing learning environment
- Addressing student questions, concerns, or difficulties that students may have
- Monitor student progress and ensure they’re making steady improvements by administering assessments or assignments to evaluate their performance and identify areas for further development
- Supervise students to prevent injuries and respond effectively to any incidents
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of each student.
- Offer guidance and motivation to help students stay focused, engaged and motivated throughout their learning journey
- Maintain professionalism during the interaction with students and ensure confidentiality of student information
- Actively participate and engage in workshops, PDs and sharing knowledge and insights

🏆 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education
- A teaching diploma or certificate from a recognized educational institution is a must
- 2-3 years of teaching experience in international schools or universities
- Proficient in English
- Tech-savvy and able to integrate technology into your teaching lessons
- Passion for teaching and fostering student success
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- For part-timers: it is required that you’re available during the morning/noon-time
- Available to start immediately (by relocating to Jeddah)

🎯 المسؤوليات الرئيسية كمدرس:
- تقييم الطلاب لتحديد قدراتهم البدنية واحتياجاتهم التعليمية المحددة
- تطوير خطط الدروس التي تلبي معايير المناهج الدراسية وتلبي مختلف القدرات البدنية والأعمار. ويشمل ذلك تعليم المهارات البدنية الأساسية والروح الرياضية وقواعد مختلف الألعاب الرياضية والأنشطة البدنية مثل كرة القدم وكرة السلة والكرة الطائرة والتنس وكرة الريشة والمضمار والميدان.
- تطوير فهم لدى كل طالب للعلاقة بين وظيفة الجسم الجيدة وممارسة الرياضة
- تحفيز الطلاب على تنمية اللياقة البدنية والعادات الصحية والتكيف الاجتماعي والعاطفي الجيد
- تقديم تعليمات وأنشطة جذابة للطلاب باستخدام طرق تدريس متنوعة تهدف إلى استيعاب أنماط التعلم والقدرات البدنية المختلفة
- تنظيم الأنشطة الرياضية. يتضمن هذا غالبًا تدريب الطلاب وتنسيق الممارسات وتسهيل المسابقات
- يعزز بيئة تعليمية آمنة ومشجعة ورعاية
- معالجة أسئلة الطلاب أو مخاوفهم أو الصعوبات التي قد يواجهها الطلاب
- راقب تقدم الطلاب وتأكد من قيامهم بإجراء تحسينات مطردة من خلال إدارة التقييمات أو الواجبات لتقييم أدائهم وتحديد المجالات التي تحتاج إلى مزيد من التطوير
- الإشراف على الطلاب لمنع الإصابات والاستجابة بفعالية لأي حوادث
- تكييف استراتيجيات التدريس لتلبية احتياجات كل طالب.
- تقديم التوجيه والتحفيز لمساعدة الطلاب على الحفاظ على تركيزهم وتفاعلهم وتحفيزهم طوال رحلة التعلم الخاصة بهم
- الحفاظ على الاحترافية أثناء التعامل مع الطلاب والتأكد من سرية معلومات الطلاب
- المشاركة بنشاط والمشاركة في ورش العمل، PDs وتبادل المعرفة والأفكار

🏆 المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التربية البدنية
- يشترط الحصول على دبلوم تدريس أو شهادة من مؤسسة تعليمية معترف بها
- 2-3 سنوات من الخبرة في التدريس في المدارس أو الجامعات الدولية
- متمكن في الانجليزية
- ماهر في التكنولوجيا وقادر على دمج التكنولوجيا في دروس التدريس الخاصة بك
- الشغف بالتدريس وتعزيز نجاح الطلاب
- اتصال ممتازة والمهارات التنظيمية
- للعاملين بدوام جزئي: يشترط أن تكون متاحًا خلال فترة الصباح/الظهيرة
