JOB PURPOSE:
- This role will be responsible for managing projects to deliver an excellent service to clients and assisting on the ongoing development and growth of the business as a whole, whilst providing sound technical, design, and contract management support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides sound technical input and knowledge to projects and to the team.
- Technical leadership of projects and teams requiring in-depth technical involvement in projects.
- Contributes to the development and growth of the company by identifying new opportunities and potential areas for growth and improvement, and also maintaining and developing existing client relationship
- Manages a mechanical design and technician team to ensure successful preparation and delivery of project objectives, including providing technical support
- Compiles specifications, drawings, and relevant contract documents, maintaining the required technical quality of work and ensuring that designs comply with the relevant codes, standards, regulations, and procedures
- Acts as the lead engineer and liaises with the client and external design team as necessary for successful delivery of projects
- Identifies scope and scheduling changes in accordance with the change control process, maintaining planning and cost control on all scope
- Assists with the recruitment, appraisal, performance, work, development, morale, and motivation of the team
- Managing all parts of construction projects and maintenance
- Making , Review and Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
- Setting out sites and organizing facilities and needs
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff
- Overseeing the design, purchase order and requisition of materials;
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on sites and projects
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork as per progress
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors and vendors in all stages of building
- Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during Construction which affect the quality of works performed;
- Provide Technical Support to other site team members
- Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a MEP Engineer
- Project management skills;
- Knowledge of relevant building and health and safety legislation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to effectively manage personnel
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good management skills
- Must have degree in engineering.
- Must have work ethics

- يجمع المواصفات والرسومات ووثائق العقد ذات الصلة، ويحافظ على الجودة الفنية المطلوبة للعمل ويضمن امتثال التصميمات للقوانين والمعايير واللوائح والإجراءات ذات الصلة.
- يعمل كمهندس رئيسي ويتواصل مع العميل وفريق التصميم الخارجي حسب الضرورة لتسليم المشاريع بنجاح
- يحدد النطاق والجدولة التغييرات وفقا لعملية التحكم في التغيير، والحفاظ على التخطيط ومراقبة التكاليف على جميع النطاق
- يساعد في التوظيف والتقييم والأداء والعمل والتطوير والروح المعنوية وتحفيز الفريق
- إدارة كافة أجزاء مشاريع البناء والصيانة
- وضع الخطط والرسومات والكميات ومراجعتها ومراجعتها للتأكد من دقة الحسابات؛
- تحديد المواقع وتنظيم المرافق والاحتياجات
- التأكد من أن المشاريع تلبي المواصفات أو الميزانيات أو الجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها
- التواصل مع العملاء والمقاولين من الباطن والموظفين المهنيين الآخرين
- الإشراف على التصميم وأمر الشراء وطلب المواد؛
- تقديم الاستشارات الفنية وحل المشاكل بالمواقع والمشاريع
- إعداد تقارير الموقع وملء الأوراق الأخرى حسب التقدم
- الإدارة اليومية للموقع، بما في ذلك الإشراف ومراقبة القوى العاملة بالموقع وعمل أي مقاولين من الباطن والبائعين في جميع مراحل البناء
- تقييم وحل أي اختلافات ومشاكل تنشأ أثناء البناء والتي تؤثر على جودة الأعمال المنجزة؛
- تقديم الدعم الفني لأعضاء فريق الموقع الآخرين
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة وتقييم أداء العمل الذي قام به جميع المقاولين من الباطن
مؤهلات:
- خبرة مثبتة كمهندس MEP
- مهارات إدارة المشاريع؛
- المعرفة بتشريعات البناء والصحة والسلامة ذات الصلة.
- مهارة قوية في التحليل وحل المشاكل؛
- القدرة على إدارة الموظفين بشكل فعال
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط
- مهارات الإدارة الجيدة
- يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة في الهندسة.
- يجب أن يكون لديك أخلاقيات العمل
