- We're looking for a talented and results-oriented individual to join our team as our new E-Commerce Sales & Social Media expert. You'll play a key role in driving both online sales and brand engagement through strategic website optimization and engaging social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Website Management:
- Optimize product listings for search engines and conversions.
- Manage website content and ensure accuracy of product information.
- Implement A/B testing to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Monitor website analytics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across key platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and promotes brand awareness.
- Manage and nurture a community around your brand through active engagement and community management.
- Utilize social listening tools to track brand sentiment and competitor activity.
- Run paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize for conversions.
Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase website traffic and sales.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., product, marketing) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
• Preferably bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or social media management.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
• Proven ability to create compelling and engaging social media content.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving and optimization.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify) is a plus.
• Good Arabic and English written and spoken communication.
