- Reporting to the Director, Streaming Optimization for QVC+ HSN+, the Data Analyst will ensure that Qurate and vCommerce business and product owners have access to analyses and dashboards that will allow them to make decisions effectively as well as better understand the requirements and expectations of QVC and HSN customers.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining self-service dashboards to tell the story of the customer experience by quantifying the impact of pain points or enhancements to the customer experience. Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Data Analysts to link key insights to business KPIs (i.e., NPS) and package, present and prioritize recommendations for various business leaders.
- Supports processes highlight products and/or services that generate negative customer experiences in excess of acceptable thresholds and/or expectations.
- Researches and quantifies item complaints in relation to product quality, order fulfillment accuracy and the customer’s overall expectations of the streaming and vCommerce shopping experience.
What You Bring

- 3-5 years’ experience Retail, Tech, Streaming, or a related field with a proven analytical and business background.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Market Research, Psychology, Sociology or related field; Graduate degree preferred.
- SQL required.
- Knowledge of relational databases, statistical software packages, data/text analytics, and Micro soft Office applications.
- Experience with research methodologies, including survey design, survey programming, survey analysis.
- Knowledge and experience with customer feedback and user generated content applications including product ratings and reviews, social media, surveys.
- Ability to effectively communicate through different mediums with all levels of management and employees. Can translate complex analyses into clearly understood trends or recommendations.
- Skill set strengths should include the following: analytical and inquisitive mindset, attention to detail, highly organized, statistical knowledge, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work on multiple tasks independently.
- Highly developed teamwork and collaborative skills.
- For New York City based roles only: The annual gross base salary range for this position is $75,500 - $126,000K. Salary ranges are general guideline only, and actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and geographic location as well as business and market conditions.
