- We are the clients of Sulb Company BSC (closed), our Services to Sulb company is to provide slag management, Scrap cutting, Under Furnace Digging, Scrap cutting & lancing, Finish Product handling and arrangement. Semi Product handling & arrangement & Yard controlling, maintenance and other onsite steel plant services to their fully integrated facility at Hidd plant since 2012.
Job Description
Scope of Work: Sorting and loading semi-finish product (Billet) materials on the trailer by 30 tons magnet overhead crane in Mill Shop.
Manning Level: Overhead Crane 30 tons.
1. Purpose of the Position:
- Ensure that all crane & equipment used operate safely & within the quality standards. Ensure productivity for the plant is within financial and legislative framework, and with minimum disruption to the Environment.
Detailed Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operators to ensure that they follow the approved Standard Operating Procedures in a safe manner
- To clearly communicate the key performance indicators from his seniors and ensure the targets are achieved.
- Ensure that House Keeping standards are maintained
- Report all safety deviations/defects on equipment immediately
- Ensure the cranes & lifting equipment safety inspected.
- Ensure all crane requirements within the section’s scope are met
- Follow the Schedule the shipping according to the priority schedule
- Assist Maintenance Dept. with all breakdown work & preventative maintenance.
- Ensuring the requirements of the company’s QHSE Integrated Management System complies with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.
- Carries out any other task assigned by the Supervisor, Superintendent and Manager Logistics & PPC.

Safety, Health, Environment & Quality System Responsibilities:
- Follow safe work practices at all times.
- Report, investigate and monitor incidents in the work area, conduct and participate in all activities relating to removal of hazards.
- Assist in the identification of hazards arising from activities in work area, ensuring that all are communicated to relevant personnel in order to maintain a hazard free work area.
- Actively participate in the implementation of Safety Policy. Communicate to subordinates regularly on safe work practices.
- Provide a means by which subordinates can communicate his/her safety concerns. Ensure to act on the safety concern raised by the subordinate if possible, otherwise, forward it to relevant department for action.
- Report all activities / incidents to E&S Personnel that may cause Health, Safety & Environmental harm regardless of severity.
- Ensure to follow all Government and Company rules and management directives, regulations and policies relating to Health, Safety Environmental control.
- Ensuring the requirements of the Company’s QHSE System is complied with.
Accountabilities:

Minimum Requirements:
- 7.1 Qualifications & Training:
- Vocational Training Certificate from a recognized institute.
- 7.2 Experience:
- Vocational Training with 5 year experience in a similar type of industry or in heavy steel industry
7.3 Skills:
- Overhead crane, Jib crane Operation.
- Understanding the Tooling used for Material handling with crane.
- Understanding the signals for crane operation.
- Safety precautions while crane operation.
- The ability to approach problems and situations in a step-by-step way.
- The ability to work with others to achieve shared goals.
- Experience in OHC Magnet operations.
- Experience in the movement of Steel Finished Sections

مستوى مانينغ : رافعة علوية 30 طن.
1. الغرض من الوظيفة:
- تأكد من أن جميع الرافعات والمعدات المستخدمة تعمل بأمان وضمن معايير الجودة. التأكد من أن إنتاجية المصنع تكون ضمن الإطار المالي والتشريعي، ومع الحد الأدنى من الإضرار بالبيئة.
الواجبات والمسؤوليات التفصيلية:
- المشغلين للتأكد من أنهم يتبعون إجراءات التشغيل القياسية المعتمدة بطريقة آمنة
- لتوصيل مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية بوضوح من كبار السن والتأكد من تحقيق الأهداف.
- تأكد من الحفاظ على معايير التدبير المنزلي
- قم بالإبلاغ عن جميع الانحرافات / العيوب المتعلقة بالسلامة في المعدات على الفور
- التأكد من فحص سلامة الرافعات ومعدات الرفع.
- التأكد من استيفاء جميع متطلبات الرافعة ضمن نطاق القسم
- اتبع جدول الشحن حسب جدول الأولوية
- مساعدة قسم الصيانة في جميع أعمال الأعطال والصيانة الوقائية.
- التأكد من أن متطلبات نظام الإدارة المتكامل QHSE للشركة يتوافق مع ISO 9001:2015 و ISO 45001:2018 و ISO 14001:2015.

- شهادة تدريب مهني من معهد معترف به.
- 7.2 الخبرة:
- التدريب المهني مع خبرة 5 سنوات في نوع مماثل من الصناعة أو في صناعة الصلب الثقيل
7.3 المهارات:
- تشغيل الرافعة العلوية، تشغيل الرافعة الجيبية.
- فهم الأدوات المستخدمة في التعامل مع المواد بالرافعة.
- فهم الإشارات الخاصة بتشغيل الرافعة.
- احتياطات السلامة أثناء تشغيل الرافعة.
- القدرة على التعامل مع المشاكل والمواقف بطريقة خطوة بخطوة.
- القدرة على العمل مع الآخرين لتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة.
- خبرة في عمليات OHC Magnet.
- خبرة في حركة المقاطع الفولاذية الجاهزة
