Performing photographic documentation on commercial and residential construction sites
Coordinating with third-party project personnel
Managing project schedules
Organizing construction drawings or CAD files for cost estimates and to create interfaces under the
direction of your Operations Manager
Position has the potential to develop into territory Operations Manager
Position is full time.
II. Desired Work History or Experience:
The typical candidate is a current or former field superintendent, surveyor, skilled labor or in a civil trade.
Photography experience preferable, but not necessary
Knowledge of construction terminology
Ability to read and discern blueprints and construction drawings
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Career-oriented team player
Computer proficient
Ability to work alone
Must have own reliable vehicle
III. Requirements:
Education:
High School or equivalent required
Experience:
At least two years of experience within the construction industry
On-site experience highly preferred
Photography experience NOT required, training will be provided
Computer proficiency; AutoCAD, Illustrator and Word, or equivalents, highly preferred
Clean driving record and reliable transportation for site visits
Ability to read and discern blueprints, construction drawings and other construction documents
Demonstrable ability to autonomously manage schedule
OSHA certification preferred
