🎯 Main Responsibilities as a Tutor:
- Assessing students to determine their specific learning needs
- Plan and prepare lessons that align with the curriculum and learning objectives that cover various topics such as programming, algorithms, data structures, computer systems, software development, coding, computer studies, and digital literacy
- Deliver engaging instruction to students using diverse teaching methods aimed to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Addressing student questions, concerns, or difficulties that students may have and offer an encouraging and supportive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and ensure they’re making steady improvements by administering assessments or assignments to evaluate their performance and identify areas for further development
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of each student
- Offer guidance and motivation to help students stay focused, engaged and motivated throughout their learning journey
- Maintain professionalism during the interaction with students and ensure confidentiality of student information
- Actively participate and engage in workshops and professional development courses

Requirements
🏆 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Computer Sciences, IT, or a related field
- A teaching diploma or certificate from a recognized educational institution is a must
- 2-3 years of teaching experience in international schools or universities
- Proficient in English
- Tech-savvy and able to integrate technology into your teaching lessons
- Passion for teaching and fostering student success
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- For part-timers: it is required that you’re available during the morning/noon-time
- Available to start immediately (by relocating to Jeddah)

🎯 المسؤوليات الرئيسية كمدرس:
- تقييم الطلاب لتحديد احتياجاتهم التعليمية المحددة
- تخطيط وإعداد الدروس التي تتوافق مع المنهج الدراسي وأهداف التعلم التي تغطي موضوعات مختلفة مثل البرمجة والخوارزميات وهياكل البيانات وأنظمة الكمبيوتر وتطوير البرمجيات والبرمجة ودراسات الكمبيوتر ومحو الأمية الرقمية
- تقديم تعليمات جذابة للطلاب باستخدام أساليب تدريس متنوعة تهدف إلى استيعاب أنماط وقدرات التعلم المختلفة
- معالجة أسئلة الطلاب أو مخاوفهم أو الصعوبات التي قد يواجهها الطلاب وتوفير بيئة تعليمية مشجعة وداعمة
- راقب تقدم الطلاب وتأكد من قيامهم بإجراء تحسينات مطردة من خلال إدارة التقييمات أو الواجبات لتقييم أدائهم وتحديد المجالات التي تحتاج إلى مزيد من التطوير
- تكييف استراتيجيات التدريس لتلبية احتياجات كل طالب
- تقديم التوجيه والتحفيز لمساعدة الطلاب على الحفاظ على تركيزهم وتفاعلهم وتحفيزهم طوال رحلة التعلم الخاصة بهم
- الحفاظ على الاحترافية أثناء التعامل مع الطلاب والتأكد من سرية معلومات الطلاب
- المشاركة بنشاط والمشاركة في ورش العمل ودورات التطوير المهني

متطلبات
🏆 المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة
- يشترط الحصول على دبلوم تدريس أو شهادة من مؤسسة تعليمية معترف بها
- 2-3 سنوات من الخبرة في التدريس في المدارس أو الجامعات الدولية
- متمكن في الانجليزية
- ماهر في التكنولوجيا وقادر على دمج التكنولوجيا في دروس التدريس الخاصة بك
- الشغف بالتدريس وتعزيز نجاح الطلاب
- اتصال ممتازة والمهارات التنظيمية
- للعاملين بدوام جزئي: يشترط أن تكون متاحًا خلال فترة الصباح/الظهيرة
