- Charterhouse is working with an international High-End Jewellery brand with a long history of artisanal excellence and craftsmanship. Our client is launching their new store in the Manama, Bahrain and is looking to hire an experienced Deputy Store Manager with a strong background in fine jewellery, to join their team.
- Reporting to the Boutique Manager, this role will act as a strategic partner. With an innovative and dynamic mindset, the Deputy Store Manager will act as an engaging and inspiring force in driving the business as a whole, guaranteeing to maintain brand image and ensuring the development of the boutique strategy.
- Combining experienced leadership, ownership and a strong results orientation and business acumen, this role will develop the team’s potential, creating an excellent customer journey of the team and pave the way for success of the boutiques using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Our client is looking for an established luxury retail professional with an emphasis on a jewellery background, having a minimum of 2 years’ managerial experience, working for an international high-end brand.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, team development and operational skills. The role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for the industry, preferably with European experience and excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

- يبحث عميلنا عن متخصص راسخ في تجارة التجزئة الفاخرة مع التركيز على خلفية المجوهرات، ويتمتع بخبرة إدارية لا تقل عن عامين، ويعمل لدى علامة تجارية عالمية راقية.
- سيكون لدى المرشح المثالي قيادة قوية وتطوير الفريق والمهارات التشغيلية. يتطلب الدور أن تكون فردًا لديه دوافع قزمية ولديه شغف بالصناعة، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك مع خبرة أوروبية ومهارات اتصال ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية، كتابيًا وشفهيًا.
