Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager. The Senior Business Development Manager will lead the engagement with clients, build and maintain relationships, develop and execute business plans, and manage a team of business development executives. The Senior Busine
- ss Development Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing insights and feedback to senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales
- Experience in digital transformation, IT solutions, and/or consulting
- Ability to develop and execute business plans, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts.
- Experience in managing a team of business development executives.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide insights and feedback to senior management.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the MENA region is a plus.

- هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع لمدير تطوير أعمال أول. سيقود مدير تطوير الأعمال الأول عملية التعامل مع العملاء، وبناء العلاقات والحفاظ عليها، وتطوير وتنفيذ خطط العمل، وإدارة فريق من المديرين التنفيذيين لتطوير الأعمال. كبار الأعمال
- سيكون مدير تطوير ss مسؤولاً أيضًا عن تحديد فرص العمل الجديدة والتفاوض على العقود وتقديم الأفكار والتعليقات إلى الإدارة العليا.
مؤهلات
- مهارات القيادة والتواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين قوية
- سجل حافل من النجاح في تطوير الأعمال والمبيعات
- خبرة في التحول الرقمي و/أو حلول تكنولوجيا المعلومات و/أو الاستشارات
- القدرة على تطوير وتنفيذ خطط العمل وتحديد فرص عمل جديدة والتفاوض على العقود.
- خبرة في إدارة فريق من المديرين التنفيذيين لتطوير الأعمال.
- مهارات تحليلية ممتازة والقدرة على تقديم الأفكار والملاحظات للإدارة العليا.
- شهادة جامعية في الأعمال أو التسويق أو المجال ذي الصلة
- تعتبر الخبرة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا ميزة إضافية.
