- N2S Global is hiring for Business Development Manager to expand our Global EOR/ AOR business.
- Job Title: Business Development Manager/ Business Development Director
- Location: In your role you will target the EMEA market. The majority of the work is done remotely. Depending on where you live, you can work from our office locations spread out over Europe/ North America/ APAC.
Job brief
- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us increase our footprint in the EMEA region. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to hunt for and build out our business. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. You will report to the VP or SVP Sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote N2S’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Building out your own sales funnel to ensure predictable forecasting.
- Provide after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements and skills
- 5+ years proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or equivalent.
- Proven sales track record.
- Proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus.
- Bringing a network is a plus.
- Knowledge of HCM market: staffing & recruitment, AOR/EOR, Payroll.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.

- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، وتعتبر اللغات الإضافية ميزة إضافية.
- جلب الشبكة هو زائد.
- المعرفة بسوق HCM: التوظيف والتوظيف، AOR/EOR، كشوف المرتبات.
- مهارات الاتصال والتفاوض.
- القدرة على بناء العلاقة.
- مهارات إدارة الوقت والتخطيط.
- بكالوريوس / بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المبيعات أو المجال ذي الصلة.
