- The IQ Option business unit includes the following brands: IQ Option, Exnova and CapitalBear. The unit’s goal is to provide people worldwide the easiest access to the exciting world of finance and trading. Now we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Business Development Manager to join one of our brands - Exnova.

Tasks in the role:
- Collaborating with the developer, support, and legal teams to formulate mutually advantageous proposals;
- Negotiating contract terms with partners and communicating internally with management;
- Crafting and delivering presentations to potential partners;
- Establishing and implementing processes and policies to support overall business objectives;
- Discovering new B2B clients and establishing partnerships with traders, influencers, celebrities, and motivators to endorse our app;
- Conducting landscape research to identify key players in the targeted region;
- Developing outreach strategies to engage potential clients and partners;
- Monitoring competitors in the market to stay informed about industry trends;
- Establishing and managing a Telegram channel and landing page tailored to the specific region;
- Organizing affiliate events to foster connections and collaborations within the network;
Requirements:
- Fluent in Filipino and English languages;
- Demonstrates proactive and self-motivated characteristics;
- Possesses prior experience in digital marketing;
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and familiarity with trading platforms is advantageous.

المهام في الدور:
- التعاون مع المطور والدعم والفرق القانونية لصياغة مقترحات مفيدة للطرفين؛
- التفاوض على شروط العقد مع الشركاء والتواصل داخليًا مع الإدارة؛
- صياغة وتقديم العروض التقديمية للشركاء المحتملين؛
- إنشاء وتنفيذ العمليات والسياسات لدعم أهداف العمل الشاملة؛
- اكتشاف عملاء B2B جدد وإقامة شراكات مع المتداولين والمؤثرين والمشاهير والمحفزين لتأييد تطبيقنا؛
- إجراء أبحاث المناظر الطبيعية لتحديد اللاعبين الرئيسيين في المنطقة المستهدفة؛
- تطوير استراتيجيات التوعية لإشراك العملاء والشركاء المحتملين؛
- مراقبة المنافسين في السوق للبقاء على اطلاع على اتجاهات الصناعة؛
- إنشاء وإدارة قناة Telegram وصفحة مقصودة مصممة خصيصًا للمنطقة المحددة؛
- تنظيم الأحداث التابعة لتعزيز الاتصالات والتعاون داخل الشبكة؛
متطلبات:
- يجيد اللغتين الفلبينية والإنجليزية؛
- يُظهر خصائص استباقية وذات دوافع ذاتية؛
- يمتلك خبرة سابقة في التسويق الرقمي.
- تعد المعرفة بالتسويق بالعمولة والإلمام بمنصات التداول أمرًا مفيدًا.
