- We have requirement for Business Analyst - Cash Management position with one of the leading clients in Bahrain Location.
Job Description :
- We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in Cash Management Products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SWIFT payments, collections, and liquidity management, virtual accounts & Host to host products. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance our cash management product offerings.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct in-depth analysis of cash management processes and products to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
3. Develop detailed business requirements documentation, use cases, and functional specifications for cash management product enhancements.
4. Utilize your expertise in SWIFT payments, collections, and liquidity management, virtual accounts & Host to Host to provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements.
5. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements and timely delivery of projects.
6. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that new features meet business needs and requirements.
7. Provide ongoing support to stakeholders, including training and documentation, to ensure smooth adoption of new features and products.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to cash management products and services.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience (8+ years) working as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, with a focus on cash management products.
3. Expertise in SWIFT payments, collections, and liquidity management products and processes.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data from multiple sources.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
8. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

6. قم بإجراء اختبار قبول المستخدم (UAT) للتحقق من أن الميزات الجديدة تلبي احتياجات ومتطلبات العمل.
7. توفير الدعم المستمر لأصحاب المصلحة، بما في ذلك التدريب والتوثيق، لضمان الاعتماد السلس للميزات والمنتجات الجديدة.
8. ابق على اطلاع باتجاهات الصناعة واللوائح وأفضل الممارسات المتعلقة بمنتجات وخدمات إدارة النقد.
متطلبات
1. درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو المجال ذي الصلة. يفضل درجة الماجستير.
2. خبرة مثبتة (أكثر من 8 سنوات) في العمل كمحلل أعمال في صناعة الخدمات المالية، مع التركيز على منتجات إدارة النقد.
3. الخبرة في مدفوعات SWIFT والتحصيلات ومنتجات وعمليات إدارة السيولة.
4. مهارات تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على جمع وتفسير البيانات المعقدة من مصادر متعددة.
5. مهارات تواصل وتعامل ممتازة مع الآخرين، مع القدرة على التعاون بفعالية مع فرق متعددة الوظائف.
6. خبرة في منهجيات Agile/Scrum وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
7. القدرة على تحديد أولويات المهام وإدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
8. تعتبر الشهادة في تحليل الأعمال (على سبيل المثال، CBAP) ميزة إضافية.
