Purpose of job:

• Is to maximize sales opportunities by leveraging the resources made available by the Company and to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all levels and points of contact.

Education:

Secondary School equivalent qualification

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity

• Knowledge of principles and practices of sales

• Knowledge of customer service principles

Characteristics and Competencies:

• Effective Communication Skills

• Courteous,

• Patient & Polite

• Verbal and written communication
