- Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for clients throughout their beauty treatments.
- Hygiene and Safety:
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, including sterilizing equipment and tools.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards to ensure the well-being of clients and staff.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest beauty products and recommend appropriate products to clients.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure the availability of high-quality beauty products.
- Appointment Management:
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding appointment details and any necessary preparations.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a seamless and integrated beauty service experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Beautician or similar role.
- Certification or relevant education in beauty therapy.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
