- We are looking for an experienced Data Management Banking Counsultant with a strong consulting and / or banking background in the area of IT and MIS (management information systems) with good knowledge on the data management processes as well as banking products and the related entities. In Loxon, you will take part of international banking projects having the chance to interact with various banks across the world and this way to broad your banking experience.
As an experienced Data Management Banking Consultant you will:
- Build and manage strong customer relationships based on trust and mutual respect, communicate with stakeholders on different levels;
- Understand what customers really needs by inquiring them on what are the problems or limitations they face as well as what are their future plans;
- Work together with the customer to tailor their business requirements, advise them on the best practices in the industry;
- Design the solution together with the team by having in mind scalability, easy maintenance and performance;
- Manage the project team, prioritize tasks and requirements;
- Mentor and motivate the team in order that everybody grow and produce value for the project;
- Manage and monitor project’s progress with focus on the deadlines, deliverables and profitability;
- Be responsible for pre-sales, cross-sales and over-sales activities by client-side.
What you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting or in IT and MIS department (banking);
- IT project experience;
Oracle SQL experience;
- EDWH/DWH experience is a plus;
- Business Intelligence / Reporting with one major BI Reporting Tool (Oracle Analytics, Business Object, Cognos, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense) experience is a plus;
- Professional working proficiency in English;
- Solid customer-orientation, holistic view on customer needs;
- A sense of ownership;
- High level of flexibility;
- Strong co-ordination and resource management skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Project management experience is a plus.

ما سوف تحتاج:
- أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة في استشارات تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو في قسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات ونظم المعلومات الإدارية (الخدمات المصرفية)؛
- تجربة مشروع تكنولوجيا المعلومات؛
تجربة أوراكل SQL.
- تعتبر تجربة EDWH/DWH ميزة إضافية؛
- تعد تجربة ذكاء الأعمال / إعداد التقارير باستخدام أداة رئيسية واحدة لإعداد تقارير ذكاء الأعمال (Oracle Analytics وBusiness Object وCognos وPower BI وTableau وQlik Sense) ميزة إضافية؛
- الكفاءة المهنية في العمل باللغة الإنجليزية؛
- التوجه القوي تجاه العملاء، والنظرة الشاملة لاحتياجات العملاء؛
- الشعور بالملكية؛
- مستوى عال من المرونة.
- مهارات قوية في التنسيق وإدارة الموارد؛
- مهارات الاتصال والعرض جيدة؛
- الخبرة في إدارة المشاريع تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
