Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a B2 Technical Services Engineer located in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- You will be responsible for providing technical support for the maintenance, modification, and repair of aircraft, aircraft systems and their components in accordance with aviation regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, maintenance providers and OEM's.
- Competent in avionic system troubleshooting using the OEM manuals and utilising your acquired system knowledge.
- Able to manage tasks in a timely and organised manner, to a high degree of accuracy and ensure all required regulatory documentation is complete.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Third-Party CAMO Organisations: Liaise with contracted organisations to meet ANTR M requirements for all assets.
- Analysis and assessment of OEM Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and Notifications, making recommendations for system modification and enhancement.
- Reporting and Recommendations: Compile avionic reliability reports, make specific maintenance recommendations, and evaluate the airworthiness compliance of new and existing aircraft.
- Collaboration and Liaison: Collaborate with OEMs, aircraft manufacturers, vendors, and Civil Aviation Authorities to ensure efficient operations.
- Assessment of engineering requirements to enable efficient overhaul / repair of avionic & I.F.E. systems related components.
- Full responsibility for the compilation of avionic reliability reports and recommendation of specific maintenance actions.
- Monitor, in conjunction with Maintenance Planning, the on-wing life of avionic systems and components, LLP Life limitations, AD limitations.
- Appraisal of new company aircraft for airworthiness compliance to determine Avionic & I.F.E. systems modifications that may be required.
- Evaluation of potential Avionic / I.F.E. systems equipment for procurement.
- Assessment of Avionic systems related future requirements mandated by Airworthiness Authorities.
- Evaluate teardown reports, corrective actions, overhaul reports from repair / overhaul vendors and suppliers when required.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as defined by BRF management, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, presentation and implementation.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Higher level of secondary education, Engineering Degree, or Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in B2 aviation maintenance.
- Previous experience in a technical services environment would be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft avionic / I.F.E. systems and components is essential.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, demonstrating a team-orientated personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and technical and maintenance publications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exposure to project management methodology and principals is desirable.

المهام الأساسية:
- التعاون مع منظمات CAMO التابعة لجهات خارجية: الاتصال بالمنظمات المتعاقدة لتلبية متطلبات ANTR M لجميع الأصول.
- تحليل وتقييم توجيهات صلاحية الطائرات للطيران ونشرات الخدمة والإخطارات، وتقديم توصيات لتعديل النظام وتحسينه.
- التقارير والتوصيات: تجميع تقارير موثوقية إلكترونيات الطيران، وتقديم توصيات محددة للصيانة، وتقييم مدى امتثال الطائرات الجديدة والحالية للطيران.
- التعاون والاتصال: التعاون مع مصنعي المعدات الأصلية ومصنعي الطائرات والبائعين وسلطات الطيران المدني لضمان كفاءة العمليات.
- تقييم المتطلبات الهندسية لتمكين الإصلاح / الإصلاح الفعال للمكونات ذات الصلة بأنظمة إلكترونيات الطيران وأنظمة IFE.
- المسؤولية الكاملة عن تجميع تقارير موثوقية إلكترونيات الطيران والتوصية بإجراءات صيانة محددة.
- مراقبة، بالاشتراك مع تخطيط الصيانة، العمر الافتراضي لأنظمة ومكونات إلكترونيات الطيران، وقيود الحياة LLP، وقيود الإعلان.
- تقييم طائرات الشركة الجديدة من حيث امتثالها لصلاحية الطيران لتحديد تعديلات أنظمة Avionic وIFE التي قد تكون مطلوبة.
- تقييم معدات أنظمة إلكترونيات الطيران/IFE المحتملة للشراء.
- تقييم أنظمة إلكترونيات الطيران المتعلقة بالمتطلبات المستقبلية التي تفرضها سلطات صلاحية الطيران.
- قم بتقييم تقارير التفكيك والإجراءات التصحيحية وتقارير الإصلاح من بائعي الإصلاح / الإصلاح الشامل والموردين عند الحاجة.
- تنفيذ مشاريع مخصصة على النحو المحدد في إدارة BRF والجدوى وتحليل التكلفة والفوائد والعرض والتنفيذ.
المؤهلات / المهارات:
- مستوى أعلى من التعليم الثانوي أو درجة الهندسة أو رخصة مهندسي صيانة الطائرات.
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة الطيران B2.
- الخبرة السابقة في بيئة الخدمات التقنية ستكون مفيدة.
- تعد المعرفة القوية بأنظمة ومكونات إلكترونيات الطيران / IFE للطائرات أمرًا ضروريًا.
- التواصل الفعال، وحل المشكلات، والمهارات التنظيمية، مما يدل على شخصية موجهة نحو الفريق.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة فريق متعدد الثقافات وإدارة مهام متعددة في وقت واحد.
- يتقن مجموعة Microsoft Office والمنشورات الفنية والصيانة
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية
- التعرض لمنهجية إدارة المشروع ومديري المدارس أمر مرغوب فيه.
