Role Description
- The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, monitoring inventory and ensuring guest satisfaction. They will also work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Customer service oriented and able to work in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred

- يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة
