Responsibilities
- Associate Director of Construction Administration Dept. is responsible for assisting the Director in overseeing the start to completion of construction projects during the post contract stage by handling post contract supervision resource planning and making key decisions to ensure that Contract Management and Supervision services of under construction projects are in conformity with the contract, specifications, drawings, proposed budget and on time. Assist the Director in Key activities include directing and monitoring the post contract supervision services provided for the construction projects from conception to completion, examining project in-depth to scheduling deliverables.
Qualifications
- Civil engineering degree or equivalent.
- PMP Certification is an added advantage.
- 20 -25 Years of relevant working experience.

- In the year of 1970 a young Architect by the name of Mohamed Salahuddin started his career in the field of Architecture and Engineering, His career first started off by solely designing a building that was constructed within a year. In that same year, Mr. Salahuddin set up his first office in Manama opposite to Salahuddin building.

- المدير المساعد لقسم إدارة الإنشاءات مسؤول عن مساعدة المدير في الإشراف على البدء في إكمال مشاريع البناء خلال مرحلة ما بعد العقد من خلال التعامل مع تخطيط موارد الإشراف على ما بعد العقد واتخاذ القرارات الرئيسية لضمان خدمات إدارة العقود والإشراف على المشاريع قيد الإنشاء أن تكون متوافقة مع العقد والمواصفات والرسومات والميزانية المقترحة وفي الوقت المحدد. مساعدة المدير في الأنشطة الرئيسية بما في ذلك توجيه ومراقبة خدمات الإشراف على ما بعد العقد المقدمة لمشاريع البناء من الفكرة إلى الاكتمال، وفحص المشروع بشكل متعمق لجدولة التسليمات.
مؤهلات
- درجة الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها.
- تعتبر شهادة PMP ميزة إضافية.

- في عام 1970، بدأ المهندس المعماري الشاب محمد صلاح الدين حياته المهنية في مجال الهندسة المعمارية والهندسة، بدأت حياته المهنية في البداية بتصميم مبنى تم تشييده خلال عام فقط. وفي نفس العام، أنشأ السيد صلاح الدين أول مكتب له في المنامة مقابل مبنى صلاح الدين.
