Role Description
- Amalfi Foods is seeking an experienced Industrial Head Baker for our Manama location. As the Industrial Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery's operations, from recipe creation and ingredient sourcing towards managing the baking team. This is a full-time on-site role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for leading our team of bakers in crafting delicious, high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a commercial bakery
- Degree in baking, pastry arts, or a related field
- Expert knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and industry standards
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize production goals
- Flexibility and willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- تبحث شركة أمالفي للأغذية عن خباز صناعي ذو خبرة لموقعنا في المنامة.
- باعتبارك رئيس الخباز الصناعي، ستكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على جميع جوانب عمليات المخبز، بدءًا من إنشاء الوصفات وتحديد مصادر المكونات وحتى إدارة فريق الخبز.
- هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع، وسيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن قيادة فريق الخبازين لدينا في صناعة مخبوزات لذيذة وعالية الجودة تلبي احتياجات عملائنا.
مؤهلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور إشرافي في مخبز تجاري
- شهادة في الخبز أو فنون المعجنات أو مجال ذي صلة
- معرفة الخبراء بتقنيات الخبز والمكونات والمعدات
- - الإلمام بلوائح سلامة الأغذية ومعايير الصناعة
- إظهار المهارات القيادية والقدرة على إدارة الفريق بفعالية
- مهارات اتصال وحل المشكلات قوية
- القدرة على القيام بمهام متعددة وتحديد أولويات أهداف الإنتاج
- المرونة والاستعداد للعمل في الصباح الباكر وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات حسب الحاجة
