Job Summary:
- The Chief Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial activities and ensuring financial stability and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee tax return preparation and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Manage budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
- Lead and develop a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance financial processes and procedures.
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain accounting software and financial systems to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for financial management.
- Train and become proficient in SAP.
- Review financial statements for compliance with IFRS and distribute them according to company policy.
- Review the annual budget and ensure adherence to company policies during the budgeting process.
- Review weekly Cash Flow Forecasts and MIS reports, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Supervise vehicle costs and approve discounts within budget limits.
- Verify sales incentives, reconcile them, and facilitate payments.
- Verify and authorize receipt and payment vouchers.
- Coordinate the annual audit of the company.
- Supervise monthly payroll preparation.
- Reconcile all accounts, including prepaid expenses, accruals, and fixed assets.
- Maximize control, security, and efficiency within the department.
- Custodian of all finance and accounts records.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all division transactions.
- Prepare and reconcile daily cash and bank positions and maintain an effective cash management system.
- Coordinate with the Group CFO regarding banking facilities and reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in the investment industry is a plus.

- قم بمراجعة توقعات التدفق النقدي الأسبوعية وتقارير MIS، واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب حسب الحاجة.
- الإشراف على تكاليف المركبات والموافقة على الخصومات ضمن حدود الميزانية.
- التحقق من حوافز المبيعات والتوفيق بينها وتسهيل عمليات الدفع.
- التحقق من إيصالات الاستلام والدفع والمصادقة عليها.
- تنسيق المراجعة السنوية للشركة.
- الإشراف على إعداد كشوف المرتبات الشهرية.
- تسوية جميع الحسابات، بما في ذلك النفقات المدفوعة مقدمًا والمستحقات والأصول الثابتة.
- تعظيم السيطرة والأمن والكفاءة داخل القسم.
- أمين جميع السجلات المالية والحسابات.
