Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate would be responsible for creating technical drawings and three-dimensional virtual buildings using REVIT / BIM Software.
- Working closely with Senior / Lead Architects and Architects in developing BIM Models to generate 2D drawings and details generated from BIM models.
- Able to apply working knowledge of building systems and construction techniques whilst creating the BIM model. Knowledgeable in interdisciplinary coordination.
Skills:
1.1 Proficiency in use of BIM software, specifically REVIT.
1.2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
1.3 Strong collaborative and interpersonal ability.
1.4 Ability to effectively manage the time to meet deadlines.
1.5 Excellent understanding of technical drawings.
1.6 Advanced computer skills.
1.7 Team player with a positive attitude.
1.8 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
1.9 Detailed knowledge of BIM Standards, policies, good familiarity with statutory codes and procedures and ability to transmit the same to others
Required Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Diploma or equivalent in the field of Architectural/ Drafting, with minimum 5 years of experience working in BIM (Architecture)

المؤهلات المطلوبة والخبرة المطلوبة:
- دبلوم أو ما يعادله في مجال الهندسة المعمارية / الصياغة، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل في BIM (Architecture )
