- Exacta Solution help a high-tech iGaming company with a growing team of over 500 talented individuals across Europe, Africa, and LATAM, to find their new colleague who will be based in Sofia.
- We are on the lookout for an experienced Acquisition Manager to join our clients team at a leading Crypto-based Casino and Sports betting company. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in performance marketing and a deep understanding of product functionality, customer journeys, and experience within the iGaming industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital acquisition strategies for key markets in the Crypto-based Casino
- Seek and onboard new affiliates
- Strategize, track, and assess campaigns in conjunction with Affiliates, SEM, SEO, PPC, and Social Managers.
- Fine-tune campaigns in accordance with KPIs, collaborating with product and analytics teams to scrutinize player behavior.
- Supervise the development of acquisition promotional materials, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
- Effectively manage the marketing budget, encompassing forecasting, ROI tracking, and comprehensive reporting on critical KPIs.
- Establish and monitor performance targets, generating associated reports for comprehensive insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in the Casino industry, specifically in Acquisition marketing roles.
- Demonstrated history of formulating and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns with a history of success.
- Passionate about and well-versed in iGaming products, with a specific focus on Crypto-based Casino and Sports Betting.
- Outstanding communication skills across verbal, written, and presentational mediums.
- Adept at cultivating robust collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational proficiency, capable of effectively managing workloads without compromising quality.
