- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Manama.
- The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, posting and processing journal entries, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and reconciling bank statements.
- The Accountant will also be responsible for providing financial-related support to the team as needed.
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annually financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct financial analysis and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Conduct internal and support external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage budgets, monitor expenses, and track financial performance against targets.
- Prepare and submit tax filings, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations in the operating countries.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and industry practices, and apply them appropriately.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, or similar applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with changes in accounting practices and regulations.

- هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع لمحاسب يقع في المنامة. سيكون المحاسب مسؤولاً عن الاحتفاظ بالسجلات المالية، وإعداد البيانات المالية، ونشر قيود اليومية ومعالجتها، وإدارة الحسابات الدائنة والحسابات المدينة، وتسوية البيانات المصرفية. سيكون المحاسب أيضًا مسؤولاً عن تقديم الدعم المالي للفريق حسب الحاجة.
المسؤوليات الأساسية:
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات مالية دقيقة وحديثة، بما في ذلك إدخالات دفتر الأستاذ العام، والحسابات الدائنة والمدينة، وسجلات الرواتب.

- ابق على اطلاع دائم بالتغييرات في معايير المحاسبة وممارسات الصناعة، وقم بتطبيقها بشكل مناسب.

مؤهلات
- يجب أن يتمتع المرشحون بالمهارات والمؤهلات التالية:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- -خبرة عمل مثبتة كمحاسب أو في دور مماثل.
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة والتحليل المالي وإعداد التقارير.
- إتقان البرامج والأدوات المحاسبية، مثل QuickBooks أو Excel أو التطبيقات المشابهة.
- اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل والدقة في حفظ السجلات المالية وإعداد التقارير.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات قوية، مع القدرة على تفسير وتقديم البيانات المالية بشكل فعال.
