Job Purpose:
To schedule, allocate resources, delegate tasks and ensure their implementation and report regularly.
Accountabilities:
Ensures operations are conducted as per the SOP’s and the IMS Procedures in place and reports on any
deviations with suggestions, if any, to the Warehouse Manager.
Promotes safety and ensures preventive maintenance is undertaken on the MHE’s and the infrastructure
is utilized optimally.
Supervises loading and offloading of shipments and delegates housekeeping tasks regularly for
optimum space utilization and maintains an orderly work area.
Coordinates and supports the Warehouse Manager in administrative tasks.
Provides adequate Root Cause for Inspection Reports raised by the QC Team and reports accidents /
incidents and follows up on quotes required for submitting insurance claims.
Reviews the handovers from the previous shift and the schedules for the day and delegates operational
tasks to the Team Leaders.
Reverts with suggestions, on any probable clashes and evinced constraints in schedule to the Scheduler.
Resolves issues with the client representatives (drivers), should any arise.
Ensures the effective completion of tasks and timely submittal of TOS and regular reports.
Counsels, guides and motivates the personnel under his control for performance enhancement.
Education, Experience & Technical Skills:
Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
Experience:
Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in same role in warehouse operations
Skills Competencies:
Fluency in English and PC Skills
Leadership Skills Sound knowledge of MHE operation(Optional subject to operational skills)
Behavioural Competencies:

يعود مع الاقتراحات، بشأن أي اشتباكات محتملة والقيود الواضحة في الجدول الزمني للمجدول.
يحل المشكلات مع ممثلي العميل (السائقين)، في حالة ظهورها.
يضمن الإنجاز الفعال للمهام وتقديم شروط الخدمة والتقارير المنتظمة في الوقت المناسب.

التعليم والخبرة والمهارات الفنية:
مؤهلات:
الدراسات العليا أو الدراسات العليا في أي تخصص
خبرة:
الخبرة خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في نفس الدور في عمليات المستودعات
الكفاءات المهارات:
الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية ومهارات الكمبيوتر
مهارات القيادة المعرفة السليمة بعملية MHE (يخضع اختياري للمهارات التشغيلية)
الكفاءات السلوكية:
الاهتمام بالتفاصيل مع الموقف الإيجابي وغير المتحيز.
القدرة على تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات عمل جيدة مع العملاء.
