- One of the reputed University in Bahrain invites applicants for the position of Full Professor in Business Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate high efficiency in teaching and learning at the postgraduate level.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of curricula, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Engage in international teaching initiatives and collaborate with global partners to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain a prolific research agenda, evidenced by a sustained record of publications in highly reputable academic journals and books.
- Conduct cuttingedge research in areas related to business strategy, organizational theory and behavior, financial decisionmaking, market analysis, leadership, entrepreneurship, global supply chain management, social impact management, and international business.
- Documented experience in successfully supervising master's and doctoral students in their academic and research pursuits.
- Foster a supportive and intellectually stimulating environment for graduate students.
- Ability to deliver teaching internationally and/or a track record of successful international collaboration.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Business Administration or a closely related field from reputable universities.
- Vertically aligned degrees in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 8 years of postPh.D. experience with a distinguished record of academic publications.
- Advanced knowledge in essential functional areas of business, including business strategy, organizational theory and behavior, financial decisionmaking, market analysis, leadership, entrepreneurship, global supply chain management, social impact management, and international business.

- خبرة موثقة في الإشراف الناجح على طلاب الماجستير والدكتوراه في مساعيهم الأكاديمية والبحثية.
- توفير بيئة داعمة ومحفزة فكرياً لطلبة الدراسات العليا.
- القدرة على تقديم التدريس دوليًا و/أو سجل حافل بالتعاون الدولي الناجح.
متطلبات:
- دكتوراه. في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال وثيق الصلة من جامعات مرموقة.
- درجات محاذاة عموديا في إدارة الأعمال.
- الحد الأدنى من 8 سنوات بعد الدكتوراه. تجربة مع سجل متميز من المنشورات الأكاديمية.
