Responsibilities & Description
1. Automation and mechanics:
Uses operator interfaces for machines and processing equipment.
Acknowledges and addresses the causes of a problem.
Assists in the production of functional descriptions.
2. Puts basic cleaning principles into practice:
Evaluates the washing and cleaning results.
Participates actively in the development and optimization of the washing processes.
3. Food safety:
Applies procedures and instructions regarding food safety (HACCP).
Identifies causes of quality deficiencies and suggests improvements.
4. Work environment:
Contribute to a healthy and safe work environment.

1. الأتمتة والميكانيكا:
يستخدم واجهات المشغل للآلات ومعدات المعالجة.
يقر ويعالج أسباب المشكلة.
يساعد في إنتاج الأوصاف الوظيفية.
2. يضع مبادئ التنظيف الأساسية موضع التنفيذ:
يقيم نتائج الغسيل والتنظيف.
يشارك بنشاط في تطوير وتحسين عمليات الغسيل.
3. سلامة الغذاء:
يطبق الإجراءات والتعليمات المتعلقة بسلامة الغذاء (HACCP).
يحدد أسباب أوجه القصور في الجودة ويقترح التحسينات.
4. بيئة العمل:
المساهمة في خلق بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة.
