Job Description
- Providing technical support to Fortinet customers
- Deep understanding of network protocols.
- Experience with Fortinet firewalls and other Fortinet products like Forti manager, Forti Analyzer , Forti Converter.
- Hands on experience in migrating firewalls and not limited to Fortigate ( Cisco ASA , Cisco FTD , Palo Alto , Sonic wall )
- Experience in deploying solutions with Fortinet SDWAN
- Design and implement firewall policies using network security standards and industry best practices.
- Develop transition strategies and implementation plans for the deployment of new network architecture designs.
- Communicate network architecture designs clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical decision makers.
- Perform security hardening of network systems
- Develop or contribute to technical documentation including system design documentation, deployment/build plans, and test plans.
- Deploy designed solution within a testing environment to verify compliance with security and functional requirements.
- Provide cutover support when solution is deployed in production environment ("Go Live").
- Collection, analysis and change recommendations of configuration
- Collection and analysis of customer network information as well as packet capture
- Recommending corrective actions based on gathered data and its analysis
- Running real-time phone or remote access sessions with customers
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies, architectural, design patterns and latest solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving implementation issues.
- Update skills regularly on the new technologies and attend workshops.
- Around 5+ years of overall experience in implementation & service integrator ( Preferred )
- Provides deep architecture expertise, in a specific technology area.
- Assessment, design, configuration & Implementation of the solutions at customers.
- Ability to understand and map customer requirements and providing the best solutions.
- Ability to demonstrate the solutions ( POC & demo ) for enterprise customers.
- Efficient and self-confidence to manage and implement critical projects at high profile customers.
- Strong understanding of the Industry Security practices
- Plans and manages the high-level architecture strategy and design work for complex, enterprise-wide deployments.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any equivalent degree.
- Should have at least 5 years of experience IT support and implementation.
- Possessing latest certifications
- Excellent Communication and learning skills.

- توفير الدعم الشامل عند نشر الحل في بيئة الإنتاج ("البدء المباشر").
- جمع وتحليل وتغيير توصيات التكوين
- جمع وتحليل معلومات شبكة العملاء وكذلك التقاط الحزم
- التوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية بناءً على البيانات المجمعة وتحليلها
- تشغيل جلسات الهاتف أو الوصول عن بعد في الوقت الفعلي مع العملاء
- القدرة على تعلم وتطبيق التقنيات الجديدة والأنماط المعمارية والتصميمية وأحدث الحلول.
- استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل مشكلات التنفيذ.
- تحديث المهارات بانتظام على التقنيات الجديدة وحضور ورش العمل.
- حوالي 5+ سنوات من الخبرة الشاملة في التنفيذ وتكامل الخدمات (مفضل)
- يوفر خبرة معمارية عميقة في مجال تكنولوجي محدد.
- تقييم وتصميم وتكوين وتنفيذ الحلول لدى العملاء.
- القدرة على فهم وتخطيط متطلبات العملاء وتقديم أفضل الحلول.
- القدرة على عرض الحلول (POC & Demo) لعملاء المؤسسات.
- الكفاءة والثقة بالنفس لإدارة وتنفيذ المشاريع الهامة لدى العملاء البارزين.
- فهم قوي لممارسات أمن الصناعة
- يخطط ويدير إستراتيجية البنية عالية المستوى وأعمال التصميم لعمليات النشر المعقدة على مستوى المؤسسة.
المؤهلات الدراسية:
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو أي درجة معادلة.
- ينبغي أن يكون لديك ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة في دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتنفيذ.
- حاصل على أحدث الشهادات
- مهارات تواصل وتعلم ممتازة.
