We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Barista to join our team.
Role Responsibility
1- Train all new team members to Barista level using appropriate training materials
2- Ensure all drinks are made and served to brand standard
3- Support team throughout shift to ensure delivery of service to brand standard
4- To ensure all coffee equipment is in good working order and report any faults as required
5- To produce & serve all drinks to brand standards & recipes.
6- To produce & present all food to brand standards.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
1- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, client & staff
2- Ability to work with a team, and on own initiative
3- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience at and knowledge in coffee, experience at upscale coffee shop.
