Minimum 5 years experience as a Security Supervisor.
Job Summary
- The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operations, ensuring the implementation of security protocols, and maintaining a high level of safety within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the Protection of company properties and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Write and submit security reports to HSE Manager for review and action.
- Maintain law and order in his area of control, including main Haji Hassan Compound and Labor accommodation.
- Monitor Security Guards and evaluate their performance.
- Organize and manage Security Guards schedule to account for relief guards, day-off, annual leave and sick/emergency leaves.
- Assign work areas for Security Guards to patrol.
- Conduct routine patrols with Security Team and HSE Manager when required.
- Look out for suspicious persons, vandalism or hazards.
- Respond to alarms and distress calls.
- Ensure all security systems, like the fire alarms and CCTV are working properly and retrieve recordings and footage when requested by HSE Manager.
Knowledge and Skills
- Fluent in English.
- Able to use computer and familiar with CCTV and patrolling.
- Able to reply E-mails and resolve security issues and emergencies.
- Previous experience in scheduling and able to handle security team without fail.
- Strong personality and able to take appropriate action.
- Able to work under Pressure.
- Previous Experience in incident investigation and a decision maker.

- قم بإجراء دوريات روتينية مع فريق الأمن ومدير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة عند الحاجة.

- الرد على الإنذارات ونداءات الاستغاثة.

المعرفة والمهارات
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
- - قادر على استخدام الكمبيوتر وعلى دراية بالدوائر التلفزيونية المغلقة والدوريات.
- القدرة على الرد على رسائل البريد الإلكتروني وحل المشكلات الأمنية وحالات الطوارئ.
- خبرة سابقة في الجدولة والقدرة على التعامل مع فريق الأمن دون فشل.
- شخصية قوية وقادرة على اتخاذ الإجراء المناسب.
- قادر على العمل تحت الضغط.
- الخبرة السابقة في التحقيق في الحوادث وصانع القرار.
