Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is looking for a talented Front Office Manager to join our diverse team.
About You
You will be ideally a senior professional who is warm, hospitable, organized, driven with a great
communication style appealing to our guests and employees. You will be reporting to the Assistant
Director of Rooms, and you will be a part of the departmental leadership team who collectively make
key operational decisions for the Rooms division.
The Front Office Manager directs the activities of the Front Office, Guest Services, Guest Relations
and Concierge Departments to create a welcoming experience. Oversees the Front Office operations
and responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests
and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
while complying with all Four Seasons policies.
Knowledge and Skills:
A minimum of five years hotel Rooms Division experience rooms, including at least one to two years in a Department Head position.
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills,
Good problem solving
Proficient computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office products, Opera, Salesforce and other programs as needed.
Fluent in reading, writing and spoken both English/Arabic language skills.
Strong managerial and leadership skills are essential, with outstanding demonstrated coaching and development skills.

حل جيد للمشكلة
إتقان مهارات الكمبيوتر والمعرفة في منتجات Microsoft Office وOpera وSalesforce والبرامج الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
