Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote
QMet International Quality Services and drive revenue growth.
2. Identify and target potential clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new
clients, understanding their needs and providing them with
appropriate solutions.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify
market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for
business expansion.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and
proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and
benefits of QMet's services.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement
effective marketing campaigns, including online and offline
channels, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
7. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics,
providing regular reports to management on progress and areas
for improvement.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and
competitors' activities to identify potential business
opportunities and make recommendations to management.
9. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
to represent QMet International Quality Services and establish
valuable connections.
10. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and
customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and
customer satisfaction.
11. Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing
client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term
relationships.
Requirements:
a) Bahraini nationality preferably Female.
b) 0-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in
a related industry.
c) MBA degree in Marketing or a related field.
d) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and
non-technical audiences.
e) Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to
influence key decision-makers.
f) Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
g) Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing
tools.
h) Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as
well as in a team environment.
i) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-
paced and dynamic work environment.
j) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
k) Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
