The Role
Overall responsibility To be a part of the Implementation team on a project-by-project basis and to
work with the company’s customers from the time a customer purchases a product/service until the
product/service has been successfully completed and during the support period. Qualifications required
• University Degree •
Must have a valid and clean local driving license and own a car • Language
Skills:
Excellent English & Arabic • Experience in software implementation/accounting/HR is an
advantage • Skills and Certifications: Microsoft Office, specifically Excel • Bahraini national
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES / Specific tasks to be performed: 1. Based on the implementation project plan,
visit the customers’ premises to implement the systems purchased by the customer, and conduct
training to key users to fully utilize the functionality of the systems to be implemented which could be
one 2. Coordinate with the management to identify project scope, goals, time frames and targets. 3.
Participate in the development of project plans that include goals, strategy, resource requirements,
budget etc. 4. Meet with customers to understand their requirements, expectations, goals, time frames
and concerns; and draw up an implementation plan with your supervisor accordingly. 5. Work closely
with the customers from the time of signing of the purchase order to the running of the system at the
customers’ premises, to complete satisfaction of the customers. 6. Spot out opportunities for selling
additional products and services to existing customers, by analyzing their needs and goals. 7. Ensure
that the tickets generated by customers in the support system are properly attended to and disposed of
to the satisfaction of the customers, by promptly attending to any request/complaint and follow up on
their progress till ticket closing. 8. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in
person and via telephone calls and emails. 9. Provide systems support services to customers via support
system, phone or email promptly and professionally. 10. Produce monthly activity reports. PERSONAL

Regional Labs is a new player in the Middle Eastern tech ecosystem. We are a regional network of
Innovation Hubs, designed to link the tech ecosystems in the region and thus provide startups with an
additional layer of market access and connectivity. Our HQ is in Manama, the capital of the Kingdom

المسؤوليات / المهام المحددة التي سيتم تنفيذها: 1. بناءً على خطة مشروع التنفيذ،
زيارة مقرات العملاء لتطبيق الأنظمة التي اشتراها العميل وسلوكها
تدريب المستخدمين الرئيسيين على الاستفادة الكاملة من وظائف الأنظمة التي سيتم تنفيذها والتي يمكن تنفيذها
واحد 2. التنسيق مع الإدارة لتحديد نطاق المشروع وأهدافه والأطر الزمنية والغايات. 3.
المشاركة في تطوير خطط المشروع التي تشمل الأهداف والاستراتيجية ومتطلبات الموارد،
الميزانية وما إلى ذلك 4. التقِ بالعملاء لفهم متطلباتهم وتوقعاتهم وأهدافهم وأطرهم الزمنية
والمخاوف. وقم بوضع خطة تنفيذ مع مشرفك وفقًا لذلك. 5. العمل بشكل وثيق
مع العملاء من وقت توقيع أمر الشراء إلى تشغيل النظام في
مباني العملاء، لاستكمال رضا العملاء. 6. اكتشف فرص البيع
منتجات وخدمات إضافية للعملاء الحاليين، من خلال تحليل احتياجاتهم وأهدافهم. 7. تأكد
أن يتم التعامل مع التذاكر التي أنشأها العملاء في نظام الدعم والتخلص منها بشكل صحيح
بما يرضي العملاء، من خلال الحضور الفوري لأي طلب / شكوى ومتابعتها
تقدمهم حتى إغلاق التذكرة. 8. الحفاظ على العلاقات وتطويرها مع العملاء الحاليين في
الشخص وعبر المكالمات الهاتفية ورسائل البريد الإلكتروني. 9. تقديم خدمات دعم الأنظمة للعملاء عبر الدعم
النظام أو الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني بسرعة ومهنية. 10. إنتاج تقارير النشاط الشهرية. شخصي
