If you have previous hospitality experience (Guest Relations) we’d like to meet you. Our ideal candidates have a flair for communication, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Ultimately, you will manage guest services and our clients' image by answering guests’ requests and making sure visitors are satisfied.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:
Effectively greet and communicate with guests, internal and external customers by demonstrating respect and courtesy.
Assist guests with any questions or park rules.
Be calm and professional while managing difficult guest concerns and complaints by taking corrective action.
Encourage compliance with park rules.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Salary: BD1,000.000 - BD1,300.000 per month
