First point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees
Key Responsibilities:
>Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors courteously.
Manage incoming calls, redirect to appropriate departments.
>Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, guests, and employees.
Assist with inquiries and provide company information.
>Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks.
Maintain neat and organized front desk area.
Meeting and Event Coordination:
>Schedule and organize meetings, book conference rooms.
Assist in planning and coordinating company events.
>Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using office equipment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

>Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
