Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the timely and high-quality delivery of all production needs for the agency.
- Foster relationships with existing and new vendors, ensuring top-notch communication and service.
- Prepare detailed installation reports for client submissions.
- Maintain an extensive supplier database covering various production needs like Offset Printing, Digital Printing, Signages & Fabrication, Giveaways, Exhibition Stands and Custom productions.
- Collaborate with the agency, clients, and production vendors for seamless day-to-day job execution.
- Manage logistics and ensure efficient delivery of all production projects.
- Liaise with colleagues in other markets where the agency operates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in production roles.
- Valid Bahraini driving license.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail, persistent follow-up, and adaptability to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality work.
- Capability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle various projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PPT).
- Ability to articulate and explain production specifications to clients and vendors.
- Technical proficiency to evaluate and resolve day-to-day operational issues using critical thinking skills

- تعاون مع الوكالة والعملاء وبائعي الإنتاج لتنفيذ المهام اليومية بسلاسة.
- إدارة الخدمات اللوجستية وضمان التسليم الفعال لجميع مشاريع الإنتاج.
- التواصل مع الزملاء في الأسواق الأخرى التي تعمل فيها الوكالة.
متطلبات:
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أدوار الإنتاج.
- رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية المفعول.
- مهارات اتصال شفهية وكتابية استثنائية.
- الاهتمام الشديد بالتفاصيل والمتابعة المستمرة والقدرة على التكيف مع الأولويات المتغيرة مع الحفاظ على عمل عالي الجودة.
- القدرة على الازدهار تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
- قدرات قوية في تعدد المهام للتعامل مع المشاريع المختلفة في وقت واحد.
- الكفاءة في تطبيقات مايكروسوفت (Word وExcel وPPT).
- القدرة على توضيح وشرح مواصفات الإنتاج للعملاء والبائعين.
- الكفاءة الفنية لتقييم وحل المشكلات التشغيلية اليومية باستخدام مهارات التفكير النقدي
