Searching for secretary/ Personal assistant (preference male, Philippines with Bahraini driver license (mandatory).
Secretary Responsibilities:
• Providing personal secretarial and administrative support to the Manager
• Handling incoming calls and other communications.
• Entering data, maintaining databases, keeping records and managing filing system.
• Maintain office equipment and stock.
• Create, Managing & maintaining inventories.
• Running errands.
• Scheduling and follow up works and maintenances.
• Preparing and follow up invoices.
• Monitoring & moving furnitures from storages & keep records.
• Observing best business practices,etiquette and confidentiality
