Operations Manager (F&B):
- Eatco is looking for highly skilled operations Manager to carry out our restaurant operations. The work responsibilities and requirements are mentioned below:
Responsibilities:
- · Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the performance of our food and beverage outlets.
- · Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and devise action plans accordingly.
- · Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits.
- · Provide leadership and coaching to management in the areas of recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and motivating employees in order to achieve goals and objectives.
- · Identify training needs and initiate development of all general managers and management.
- · Direct and coordinate operations, service, menu, restaurant environment, cleanliness standards, management development service style/system, food safety and internal marketing initiatives at the units.
- · Conduct weekly unit management meetings with a standard agenda.
- · Plan or direct activities such as sales promotions that require coordination with other managers.
- · Attend weekly meetings with president/owner to discuss follow-up on all important items discussed in prior meetings and those that are directly/related to the company objectives.
- · Conduct field visits to all locations as necessary to assist with operational items, continuous improvement, and further develop best practices that drive sales and profit.
- · Continuously evaluate customer feedback, address complaints, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- · Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer experience.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.

- · حضور الاجتماعات الأسبوعية مع الرئيس/المالك لمناقشة متابعة جميع البنود المهمة التي تمت مناقشتها في الاجتماعات السابقة وتلك التي ترتبط بشكل مباشر/بأهداف الشركة.
- · إجراء زيارات ميدانية لجميع المواقع حسب الضرورة للمساعدة في العناصر التشغيلية والتحسين المستمر ومواصلة تطوير أفضل الممارسات التي تزيد المبيعات والأرباح.
- · التقييم المستمر لملاحظات العملاء ومعالجة الشكاوى وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتعزيز رضا العملاء.
- · ابق على اطلاع دائم باتجاهات الصناعة ومتطلبات السوق وأنشطة المنافسين لتحديد الفرص والبقاء في صدارة المنافسة.
متطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الضيافة، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في دور مماثل في صناعة الأغذية والمشروبات.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات المطاعم، بما في ذلك إعداد الطعام والخدمة وتجربة العملاء.
- مهارات ممتازة في القيادة وإدارة الفريق، مع القدرة على تحفيز وإلهام القوى العاملة المتنوعة.
