Responsibilities:
1. Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to handle the movement, loading, and unloading of materials
within the warehouse.
2. Receive raw materials and deliver finished products to our external warehouse
3. Ensure proper handling, storage, of products to maintain quality standards.
4. Adhere to safety and quality protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
6. Demonstrate attention to detail in stock and recording information related to incoming and outgoing materials.
7. Comply with company policies and procedures, including punctuality, attendance, and adherence to
rules and regulations.
Requirements:
1. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members,
supervisors, and other departments.
3. Accepting to work in weekly shifting schedule & overtime in case needed.
4. Punctuality and Attendance: Strong commitment to regular attendance and adherence to company
rules and regulations.
5. License: Possession of a valid crane operating license issued by the Bahraini government for the
operation of the designated forklift.
6. Experience: Previous experience in a forklift operator environment preferably warehouse
environment
7. English Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the English language to effectively understand and
communicate instructions and documentation.

1. تشغيل الرافعات الشوكية بأمان وكفاءة للتعامل مع حركة المواد وتحميلها وتفريغها
داخل المستودع.
2. استلام المواد الخام وتسليم المنتجات النهائية إلى مستودعاتنا الخارجية
3. ضمان التعامل والتخزين السليم للمنتجات للحفاظ على معايير الجودة.
4. الالتزام ببروتوكولات وإرشادات السلامة والجودة لمنع الحوادث والحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة.
5. التواصل بشكل فعال مع أعضاء الفريق والمشرفين لتنسيق المهام وضمان سلاسة العمليات.
6. إظهار الاهتمام بالتفاصيل الموجودة في المخزون وتسجيل المعلومات المتعلقة بالمواد الواردة والصادرة.
7-الامتثال لسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها، بما في ذلك الالتزام بالمواعيد والحضور والالتزام بها
القواعد و القوانين التنظيمية.
متطلبات:
1. مهارات الاتصال: القدرة على التواصل والتعاون بشكل فعال مع أعضاء الفريق،
المشرفين والإدارات الأخرى.
3. قبول العمل في جدول المناوبات الأسبوعية & العمل الإضافي في حالة الحاجة.
4. الالتزام بالمواعيد والحضور: الالتزام القوي بالحضور المنتظم والالتزام بالشركة
القواعد و القوانين التنظيمية.
5. الترخيص: حيازة رخصة تشغيل رافعة سارية المفعول صادرة عن الحكومة البحرينية
تشغيل الرافعة الشوكية المحددة.
6. الخبرة: خبرة سابقة في بيئة مشغل رافعة شوكية ويفضل أن تكون في المستودع
بيئة
7. إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية: إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية لفهم وفعالية
توصيل التعليمات والوثائق.
