This role offers a hybrid work model, combining office days for video and photo shoots with the
flexibility to work from home on other days for content creation and marketing tasks.
General Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a
key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating captivating video
content and managing our social media presence. If you have a passion for marketing, a flair for
content creation, and the skills to effectively engage with our audience, we want to hear from you.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, web media, or a related field or proven experience in content creation or a similar marketing role.
Knowledge and experience in short-form video content creation.
Proficiency in social media account management, including platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and YouTube.
Exceptional reading and writing skills in English and Arabic.
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software, such as Canva and/or Capcut.
Possession of a valid Bahraini driving license.
Basic knowledge of gardening/agriculture is a plus.
Responsibilities
Video Content Creation: Develop engaging video content for social media accounts, covering the entire
content creation process from ideation and scripting to video creation and editing.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence, ensuring
consistent and appealing content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategy.
Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and leads via social media and
calls, maintaining a positive and helpful brand image.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events, working collaboratively
with the marketing team to achieve targeted goals.
Event Representation: Represent the company at exhibitions and events, showcasing our products and
services to a wider audience and establishing a strong presence in the industry.
Website Management: Oversee the company's website, managing inventory and stock on products.
Ensure the smooth functioning of the website, promptly addressing any issues or glitches on the ready platform.

المهارات والخبرة المطلوبة
درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو وسائط الويب أو مجال ذي صلة أو خبرة مثبتة في إنشاء المحتوى أو دور تسويقي مماثل.
المعرفة والخبرة في إنشاء محتوى الفيديو القصير.
الكفاءة في إدارة حسابات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، بما في ذلك منصات مثل Instagram وWhatsApp وTikTok وYouTube.
مهارات قراءة وكتابة استثنائية باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
الإلمام ببرامج التصميم الجرافيكي وتحرير الفيديو، مثل Canva و/أو Capcut.
حيازة رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية المفعول.
المعرفة الأساسية بالبستنة / الزراعة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المسؤوليات
إنشاء محتوى الفيديو: قم بتطوير محتوى فيديو جذاب لحسابات الوسائط الاجتماعية، بحيث يغطي كامل المحتوى
عملية إنشاء المحتوى بدءًا من التفكير والبرمجة النصية وحتى إنشاء الفيديو وتحريره.
إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي: إدارة والحفاظ على تواجد الشركة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، مما يضمن ذلك
محتوى متسق وجذاب يتوافق مع علامتنا التجارية واستراتيجيتنا التسويقية.
إشراك العملاء: الرد بسرعة على استفسارات العملاء والعملاء المتوقعين عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي و
المكالمات، والحفاظ على صورة العلامة التجارية الإيجابية والمفيدة.
الحملات التسويقية: تخطيط وتنفيذ الحملات والأحداث التسويقية والعمل بشكل تعاوني
مع فريق التسويق لتحقيق الأهداف المستهدفة.
تمثيل الأحداث: تمثيل الشركة في المعارض والفعاليات وعرض منتجاتنا و
الخدمات لجمهور أوسع وتأسيس حضور قوي في الصناعة.
إدارة الموقع الإلكتروني: الإشراف على الموقع الإلكتروني للشركة وإدارة المخزون والمخزون من المنتجات.
تأكد من حسن سير عمل الموقع الإلكتروني، ومعالجة أي مشكلات أو خلل على النظام الأساسي الجاهز على الفور.
