Position Summary:
- Alzayani Investments is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to provide technical assistance to our staff and customers. The successful candidate will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems, maintain and install computer systems, and ensure our technology infrastructure runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and other hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to hardware and software.
- Monitor and maintain computer networks and systems.
- Provide technical support to staff and customers.
- Install and upgrade software, apply patches, and configure systems settings.
- Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Research and recommend new technologies.
- Assist with IT security measures, such as antivirus software, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

متطلبات:
