We are looking for HR Assistant who can join immediately.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to HRD Manager
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Assist HR Manager by screening and sourcing CV
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Communicate with public services when necessary.
Requirements and Skills:
• Proven experience at least 1 year as an HR Assistant.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Sound knowledge in MS Office
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills.
