Job Responsibilities:
- Sort and scan shipments as per the allocated Courier routes.
- Load shipments to vehicles and unload safely during delivery.
- Provide efficient delivery and pick-up service of both inbound and outbound shipments.
- Obtain the signature of the Customers upon delivery and pickups.
- Post shipment status scans and uploads using scanner/tracker.
- Collect payments from Customers and remit daily to the accounts department.
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining neatness of vehicle.
- Report on time If any customer issues or concerns
About you:
- Education and Certification
- High School or higher
- Knowledge and Skills
- Good command of English language (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of local delivery areas
- Valid light driving license with a clean record
- Excellent personal presentation and hygiene
- Ability to work unsupervised.
Experience
At least 2-3 years of proven work experience in the Courier field.

مسؤوليات العمل:
- فرز الشحنات ومسحها ضوئيًا وفقًا لطرق البريد السريع المخصصة.
- تحميل الشحنات على المركبات وتفريغها بأمان أثناء التسليم.
- توفير خدمة التوصيل والاستلام الفعالة للشحنات الواردة والصادرة.
- الحصول على توقيع العملاء عند التسليم والاستلام.
- يتم فحص حالة ما بعد الشحن والتحميلات باستخدام الماسح الضوئي/المتعقب.
- تحصيل المدفوعات من العملاء وتحويلها يوميًا إلى قسم الحسابات.
- -مسؤول عن تنظيف والحفاظ على نظافة السيارة.
- الإبلاغ في الوقت المحدد إذا كان هناك أي مشاكل أو مخاوف لدى العملاء

خبرة
ما لا يقل عن 2-3 سنوات من الخبرة العملية المثبتة في مجال البريد السريع.
