Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, plans, and safety standards.
- Oversee the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel on site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
- Collaborate with the project manager to develop and maintain project schedules.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact timelines or budgets.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
- Interpret and explain project plans and specifications to construction teams.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.
- Resolve construction-related issues and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of project activities, including daily reports and progress documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to construction team members.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals involved in the project.

- تنفيذ وإنفاذ بروتوكولات السلامة، وإجراء اجتماعات وعمليات تفتيش منتظمة للسلامة.
- تفسير وشرح خطط المشروع ومواصفاته لفرق البناء.
- تنسيق تسليم المواد والمعدات إلى موقع البناء.
- حل القضايا والصراعات المتعلقة بالبناء في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة فعالة.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة ومفصلة لأنشطة المشروع، بما في ذلك التقارير اليومية ووثائق التقدم.
- تقديم التوجيه والدعم لأعضاء فريق البناء.
- التعاون مع المهندسين والمعماريين وغيرهم من المهنيين المشاركين في المشروع.
