Purpose: To plan and oversee the construction of building structures and infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the construction projects in a safe, timely and suitable manner.
- Conducting technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
- Liaising with various stakeholders including architects and subcontractors
- Managing budgets and project resources
- Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations most importantly of Health and Safety
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
Quantity Surveyor
- Handover Certification
- Training Required
- Certified AutoCAD Professional
- Certified in construction Health & Safety
