We are looking for a Catering Manager
to lead a team of staff and make sure they deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
1- Gather customer requirements (like number of guests and event dates)
2- Plan food and beverage menus considering clients’ preferences and special requests (for example healthy meals for children)
3- Determine requirements for ingredients and set portions
4- Schedule staff shifts
5- Train and manage wait staff and kitchen personnel
6- Oversee food prep and customer service
Requirements and skills:
1- Work experience as a Catering Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar role
2- Understanding of food hygiene
3- Hands-on experience with creating menus from scratch
4- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
5- Customer service attitude
6- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under stressful circumstances
7- Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays
8- Certification in hospitality or culinary management is a plus
