Responsibilities:
Beautician:
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, skincare treatments, waxing, and more
- Consult with clients to determine their individual skincare needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized care
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and salon area
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices
Massage Therapist:
- Perform various massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy massages
- Customize massages based on clients' preferences and specific needs
- Provide a calm and relaxing environment for clients
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy
- Maintain a clean and organized massage room
- Adhere to professional ethics and standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing beauty and/or massage services
- In-depth knowledge of beauty and skincare products, techniques, and treatments
- Proficiency in massage techniques and modalities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional services
