Main Objectives
Carries out various Waiter / Attendant duties in designated outlet on assigned shift. Includes
requisitioning daily requirements of stock, providing Food and Beverage services to customers. Train
subordinates to ensure effective capability development.
Main Duties
o Takes over duties from outgoing shift. Includes sufficient number of waiters are available,
ascertaining number of customers, outstanding orders and bills, checking on kitchen attendance during
night shift and informing the Duty Officer and ensuring the restaurant area is clean and tidy and that
tables are properly set.
o Conducts daily staff briefing to insure operations are run efficiently and staff is aware of promotions.
o Welcoming customers and directing to tables, ensuring entitled passengers are in possession of
appropriate vouchers in transit restaurants, taking orders and passing to kitchen and bar, ensuring meals
are well presented and customers are properly served.
o Collects vouchers and presents bills to paying customers, collects cash of various currencies, ensures
notes are genuine and that correct rate of exchange is applied and the right change is given.
o Assists Head Waiters in contacting Transfer Desk and obtains flight delay and transit information and
coordinate and arrange Meals as per the nature of delay for all the passengers as requested by Airlines.
o Ensures that all Restaurant Equipment including Glassware, Cutlery, Crockery and Table linen are in
good condition and sufficient operations and coordinate with the Equipment store for ensuring
availability of these items.
o Assists Head Waiter in Monitoring and ensure adequate stock of Alcohol Beverages and compile a
data for the same and always ensure availability of stock.
o Responsible for Tallying accounts with Kitchen Order Ticket end of every shift in the absence of Head waiter.
o Comply with the Company and Airport authorities’ health, safety, and security regulations.

الواجبات الرئيسية

المناوبة الليلية وإبلاغ الضابط المناوب والتأكد من أن منطقة المطعم نظيفة ومرتبة
تم ضبط الجداول بشكل صحيح.
o تجري إحاطة يومية للموظفين لضمان تشغيل العمليات بكفاءة والموظفين على علم بالترقيات.
o الترحيب بالعملاء والتوجيه إلى الطاولات والتأكد من حيازة الركاب المستحقين
القسائم المناسبة في مطاعم العبور، وتلقي الطلبات والانتقال إلى المطبخ والبار، وضمان الوجبات
يتم تقديمها بشكل جيد ويتم خدمة العملاء بشكل صحيح.
o يجمع القسائم ويقدم الفواتير للعملاء الذين يدفعون، ويجمع النقود من مختلف العملات، ويضمن
الأوراق النقدية حقيقية ويتم تطبيق سعر الصرف الصحيح ويتم إعطاء التغيير الصحيح.
o يساعد النوادل الرئيسيين في الاتصال بمكتب النقل والحصول على معلومات تأخير الرحلة والعبور
تنسيق وترتيب الوجبات حسب طبيعة التأخير لجميع الركاب حسب طلب شركات الطيران.
o التأكد من وجود جميع معدات المطعم بما في ذلك الأواني الزجاجية وأدوات المائدة والأواني الفخارية وأغطية الطاولة
حالة جيدة وعمليات كافية والتنسيق مع مخزن المعدات للتأكد
توافر هذه العناصر.
o يساعد النادل الرئيسي في المراقبة والتأكد من وجود مخزون كافٍ من المشروبات الكحولية وتجميع أ
البيانات لنفسه والتأكد دائمًا من توافر المخزون.
o مسؤول عن حصر الحسابات مع تذكرة طلب المطبخ في نهاية كل وردية في غياب النادل الرئيسي.
o الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة والأمن الخاصة بالشركة وسلطات المطار.
