Description
We are looking for an experienced Arabic breadmaker to join our team.
As a breadmaker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of Arabic breads, including pita, manakish, and khobz.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, knead, and shape dough for various Arabic breads
- Operate baking equipment to bake breads to perfection
- Ensure quality control by checking for consistency in size, texture, and taste
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Arabic bread making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work early morning or late night shifts as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
