Description

Responsible for overseeing supplier performance management (SPM) and supplier relationship management(SRM) including the design and implementation of SPM and SRM processed , creating and analyzing supplier performance reports and organizing SPM meeting with the supplier. The vendor management officer will work to closely with the category team to ensure that suppliers are meeting contractual obligations, delivery goods and services on time & maintaining quality standards


Skills :


Engineering or supply chain degree or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement , vendor management and supply chain management

Strong understanding of SPM,SRM concepts,processes and best practices

Experience in designing and implementation of SPM processes and best practices

Excellent Analytic Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as a part of team in a fast paced,dynamic environment

Proficient in MS Office suite

Knowledge of relevant industry regulation and standards

Travel as needed for supplier visits , audits and meeting
