Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication
- Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents
- Conduct research on various topics as requested
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Run errands and perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using productivity tools and software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure
- Discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information
